Sandy is a commercial property expert with over 35 years’ experience. Prior to joining Hawkins Hatton, Sandy led the Local Government Property Team at Anthony Collins Solicitors and prior to that led the Birmingham Property Team at Bevan Brittan for 12 years, dealing with all aspects of real estate for public sector clients in health and local government. Additionally, she has advised clients in various sectors including property finance, education, registered providers and those in the private sector.
Sandy specialises in complex transactions ranging from the property aspects of joint venture acquisitions and projects for local authorities and the outsourcing of specific services to support local authorities. She also has vast knowledge and experience in: sales and purchases for private corporate clients, landlord and tenant matters acting for retailers, land acquisitions and site set-ups for residential developers, acquisitions and refinancing for registered providers, large scale voluntary transfers for registered providers, insolvency sales acting for the lender, sales and PFI projects for Health Trusts, as well as disposals and the building of new schools for local authorities.

I am a member of the Commercial Property Department and I work on a number of different types of transactions such as assisting with the drafting of contractual documents and the due diligence process.
I graduated from the University of Leicester with an LLB before studying International Commercial Law at Master’s level at Newcastle University. I then completed my LPC at the University of Law.
Away from the office my hobbies include hiking, going to the gym and photography.

I joined HH in July 2022 and I am currently working in the Commercial Property Department. I enjoy working on a range of cases, from Landlord and tenant matters, to large scale commercial property transactions acting for Bank and Borrower.
I completed my LPC and MSc in Business and Management at the University of Law in November 2019, having graduated from Aston University with a degree in LLB Law and Management.
When I am not at work I enjoy cooking, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering for charitable causes.

I am a member of the Commercial Property Department at Hawkins Hatton, where I assist on a range of transactions. My role includes undertaking due diligence, acting on behalf of lenders and drafting contractual documents.
I graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BA in Ancient History and Archaeology, before studying my GDL and LPC at the University of Law.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling, reading and going to the cinema.

I graduated from Bournemouth University with an LLB. I am currently studying for my LPC at the University of Law.
Outside of the office my hobbies include travelling, skiing and socialising with my family and friends.

I am a Legal Assistant at Hawkins Hatton. I assist the team with general administrative duties including organising and maintaining files, filing and diary management. I have day-to-day contact with the fee earners and managing partners.
I graduated from Aston University in 2022 after studying LLB Law with Management, I am now preparing for the SQE exams at The University Of Law, Birmingham.
In my spare time, I regularly go to the gym and enjoy socialising with my family and friends.
